WideBay Volunteers, specialising in computer training and affordable internet access for the public. Training at WideBay Volunteers comprises of Certificate 2 & 3 in Business, 'Introduction to Computers and Microsoft Office applications, as well as MYOB courses (introductory and advanced)'. We provide a fully equipped up-to-date, ten station computer training room. The room is also available for hire by small and large organisations or businesses. (refer to room hire page for details)
WideBay Volunteers Training was initially funded by a Federal Government Grant - "Networking the Nation - Bringing Communities On-Line." The majority of funding now comes from the many training courses that are on offer at WideBay Volunteers.
