We currently offer accredited training in:
CHCADMIN5C - Work within the Administration Protocols of the Organisation.
CHCADMIN5C covers the following elements:
- Completing workplace forms and documents.
- Storage and Maintenance of Organisational Information.
- Using and maintaining office equipment and machines.
- Managing inquiries in accordance with Organisational Policy and Protocol
CHCCOM2B - Communicate Appropriately with Clients and Colleagues.
CHCCOM2B covers the following elements:
- Exercise effective communication techniques.
- Follow routine instructions
- completion of records as required.
HLTFA301B - Apply First Aid
HLTCPR201A - Perform CPRHLTCPR201A Perform CPR
